Max Katner is an attorney based in Washington, D.C. He is an alumnus of Rice University where he studied economics and anthropology, Boston University Law School, as well as Georgetown Law Center's Tax LLM program. Mr. Katner's interests span international economic development, the global movement and migration of diasporic communities and refugees, and the rights of indigenous people across the world. Mr. Katner is pleased to lend his specialized knowledge of the intersections between human rights, economic development, taxation policy, and indigenous rights as an advisory member of the Board of Trustees of the American Civics Institute
